We believe in utilising IT to help us in all areas of the business. Our systems cover a wide spectrum of activity as we continue to develop new applications. Here is a brief outline of the systems we offer.

The Inform system developed by Atelier-IT is built around established commercial applications which we have tailored to suit the real needs of running a professional practice.

One of these is the Journyx® system for entering time and expenses against specific projects via user-friendly screens that are fully customisable for individual requirements.

The Project Monitoring system integrates the Journyx® system with Sage®† accounts to convert stored information into useful reports which provide invaluable project information at boardroom meetings.

Timesheet and expense data from Journyx® are integrated with invoicing and cash receipts taken directly from the accounting package to produce real-time snapshots of a project’s status in both profit and cash-flow terms - all without any re-keying of data, or changing the way you currently work.

These reports also make life easier for administrators by providing on the spot data to assist in their day-to-day tasks such as invoicing and keeping track of staff leave, and ensures the recovery of disbursements and extra fees which might easily be overlooked.

The associated Resource Planning system stores details of current and past projects and is indispensable when assessing resource requirements and preparing bids.
